Your reservation is closed & booked after we get your payment.
*When we get all details for your booking we will send you the Bank details.
For card payments
Please pay the full amount on our Bank account or PayPal to confirm your reservation.
You can also pay 20%
for the reservation and the rest in CASH ONLY at our location.
*In case you book a custom program,

or some other program outside our park full amount in advance is mandatory.
*In case you book transfer service or food with us
full price in advance is mandatory.
For any programs or activities from special offers or if you get a discount- Full price in advance is mandatory.
Discount
We offer only for groups with more than 20 people
or for booking 3 or more programs.
Transfers & food delivery are not in our ownership, it is just cooperation that we can offer better service for
Cancellation policy
Min 7 days before your reservation.
48 hours before 50 % refund.
In case of higher force ( bad weather etc)
full refund.
The fastest way is to book our main programs

If the program lasts 1 hour, eliminating one or two activities from it because you do not like it will not change the price of the program, you can just skip it on the day.
